Top Ten Tuesday: My favourite Top Ten Tuesday Topics

It’s Tuesday which means, yes it’s time for another ‘Top Ten Tuesday Topic.’ Today’s is a little special because it’s the five year anniversary of the book tag/meme. In celebration of such a wonderful anniversary, the topic today is a tribute, and although I know I haven’t posted anywhere near the two-hundred-and-sixty posts I’ve just got ten which I’m going to put in order of my favourite.

10. Top Ten Books I’d love to see as movies or television shows

I found this topic so difficult to finish because I’m such a bookish person. I really struggled to come up with ten so that’s why this is in tenth position.

9. Top Ten Books I will probably never read

This topic appears next on my list because it was a little horrible thinking up books I will probably never read

8. Top Ten all time favourite authors

This topic was just a killer; how can I narrow it down to just ten?

7. Top Ten most anticipated reads for 2015 (/June)

Another instance that, in the name of blogging, I add ten more TBR to my ever lengthening list

6. Top Ten authors I really would like/ wish I had been able to meet

Racking my brains and narrowing it down was wonderful but tough to say the least

5. Top Ten books to be read in Spring 2015

Too many wonderful, wonderful books to read that haven’t how is it nearly Summer already?

4. Top Ten books to be read in Summer 2015

All the books on this list are brilliant reads; I cannot wait to do a bookish haul and review them all for you lovely readers

3. Top Ten books I plan to have in my beach bag this summer

This list was brilliant because I really tried to think what would be good to read before/after one another. Enough contrast in genre, story, characters is needed when going away to somewhere beautifully warm and I adored piecing this together

2. Top Ten bookish problems

The perfect topic to have a little moan about reading and all things bookish

1. Top Ten Books featuring shy or quiet characters

This was actually the free topic week and  I really wanted to focus on quieter and the more shy characters because often main characters are so extroverted and loud. I also adored seeing how different bloggers took the free topic and ran with it

Overall I have exactly ten top ten topics (that’s a tongue-twister.) Thank you once again to ‘The Broke and the Bookish’ for such a wonderful tag and once again happy five year anniversary.

Bookish problems was a favourite of mine as well. I really enjoy the ‘free’ topics, or the ones where they leave part of it blank. it’s so great seeing what people come up with. πŸ™‚

I loved that topic! It is fun to have a bit of a grumble sometimes πŸ™‚ So do I, some of the things people had thought up I thought how did you get ten books for something so specific!
